DV – Compact Voltage Sensor for Traction
The DV product series encompasses a series of voltage sensors engineered for industrial and traction applications, tailored for medium to high voltage measurements ranging from 1200 to 4200 VRMS, featuring a distinctive compact design.
The DV voltage sensor series excels in overall accuracy and offers robust insulation voltage. They are equipped for bipolar and insulated measurement up to 7360 V, with a +/- 50 mA current output. Additionally, they feature a footprint compatible with CV4 and LV 200-AW/2 series.
In terms of input and output connections, DV components have specific configurations. DV 1000 and DV 2000 models feature input and output connections on cables, whereas DV 1500 and DV 6400 differ in this aspect. DV 1500 has input connections on cables and output connections on M5 studs or Faston terminals, while DV 6400 has input connections on M5 studs on the top and output connections on M5 studs, Faston terminals, and safety nuts.
Each electronic component within the DV series complies with the latest industrial standards and meets IRIS requirements for rail traction applications. Utilizing Insulation Digital Technology, DV sensors ensure reliable performance in various operational environments.
